Vision for the future of women in the Western industry: “If there was ever a time to be a woman in the western industry, it’s now! I am so blessed to have the opportunity to work with strong women every day all the way from WPRA Directors to the office staff that keeps everything in motion to the pro rodeo athletes going down the road. A girl needs strong role models to look up to and right now we have more than ever before. Today, young women have been shown that they can win futurities, they can lead a membership organization, they can be powerful figures and entrepreneurs and that’s just the beginning! It’s a never-ending cycle of tenacious women making their mark on the world and inspiring the next generation and each time the glass ceiling is lifted higher and higher until it no longer exists.”
